Unfortunately, too many of them think that actually pulling the trigger won't cause any lasting harm. Ironically, they pulled the trigger last November and produced a Congress more likely to grant amnesty to illegals. And more likely to betray our troops in Iraq, of course.
That's the problem with cutting off your nose to spite your face: you get marginalized.

It's a little quieter out here but you can dance with your hands in the air without having your sexuality questioned. Once enough of us arrive we can try to take back the dance floor.

I've decided during the primaries I'll support the most conservative candidate possible, and vote GOP no matter what during the general election.
As will I.

I don't plan on staying home in 2008, either, and I won't be voting Democrat.
All I did was switch affiliations on my voter registration.
An empty gesture, as I stated in my post, but I sure feel better.

If we make it plain, starting right now, that we won't be railroaded into the ole vote-for-a-RINO or get HILLARY dichotomy, there's a good chance they'll listen.
Either they run the someones we can vote for or its on their heads.
The entire party doesn't want to be out of power, remember, so the message must and will be clear.
It's the soap-box, the ballot-box and then......well, for now we're still at the ballot box.

Ditto. I will likely never vote Democrat again after their behavior during the Iraq war (Lieberman excepted).
