Now, maybe I'm imagining things, but I'm pretty sure about this. So, who is the dhimmi here? Was it NBC in the original broadcast because they feared what the religionists of peace might do? Or was it the syndicator who changed the wording as only to blaspheme Mohammed's 9 year bride/child-molestation victim after hearing complaints/death threats from the relgionists of tolerance?
Enquiring minds want to know.......
UPDATE: Praise Allah! SNL, on the other hand, will not submit......

Theory. The guy deviated from script, and the people on the set laughed, and since it was funny, they didn't do another take. Enter a network editor further up the chain of command, and he decides to get an 'edit' done. He was probably thinking about 'money' and buys the 'religion of peace' arguement, and is just worried about offended Muslims affecting his sponsers for that slot.
I doubt most 'actors' would have given it a thought, and if they did, they are probably going to lump all the 'religious types' together in their thinking anyway. I know a few Atheists who already do that.
Basically I blame a senior decision maker at the network.
USA, all the way!

"Allah" the fictional moon deity is not the same as God. Not even close.
Jihad, anyone?
