Dem Posturing Directly Endangering Troops

While unscrupulous Democratic Party leaders bluster and posture for the benefit of their more deranged constituents on the left lunatic fringe, delivery of lifesaving equipment to the front lines is being threatened:

CAMP FALLUJAH, Iraq (AP) - The armored carrier has a grim black slash across its side, burn marks on the door and a web of cracks along the window.
Like most of the Mine Resistant, Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles in Anbar province, this one has been hit as many as three times by enemy fire and bomb blasts. Yet, to date, no American troops have died while riding in one.
But efforts to buy thousands more carriersâ€”each costing about $1 millionâ€”could be delayed if the White House and Congress do not resolve their deadlock over a $124.2 billion war spending bill.

And, before you ask, yes, I am questioning their patriotism. Especially majority leader Harry Reid, who is determined to subvert the US Constitution's separation of powers provisions, as well as offering as much comfort and aid to the al Qaeda propaganda effort as he possibly can.

3 Bluto things have sure changed in the last 2 years. Back in the day...... a post like that would attract 10 maybe 20 comments with people talking about hanging ALL Democrats.
Now a days, 12 hours goes by and really only one comment asking for..... imprisonment ?

Carter was the first Democrat president to exhibit clear pro-Socialist views. Moral Relativism is a dangerous thing, because ethics are subsumed by expediency. For me, Carter has now gone from being a disappointment to being a disgusting traitor.

If it were just Harry Reid, it would be too much, but the ineptitude in the Democratic 'leadership' is downright scary.

The Democrats are aligning themselves with elements of Islamo-fascism for their own political purposes. They want the White House so bad in '08 that they are willing to jeopardize the safety and security of the U.S. to achieve their ends.

Reid's comments are only the tip of the iceberg. The messages sent to terrorists by the Democratic Party via Syria and the U.S. media are a white flag, a weak, cowering America and a willingness to strike a deal that will put the Dems in the Oval Office.

8 As a OIF/OEF veteran who is disabled, I am waiting for how the democraps are trying to get my vote. Calling the war I served in Illegal, a loss, or a waste is not going to get my vote. It is a strange world we live in when a athiest like myself finds myself allied with the rightwing which is mainly christian.

Seriously how can the dems think I should support them or vote for them when they invite a terrorist supporting imam to their winter conference???

9 Legrand: I feel your pain. I to am a disabled athiest. Except when I feel ill. I seem get a bit more religious. Only my disability is called Crown Royalitis. Luck to you. My boy came back in one piece (Iraq). I came back saying what the fuck (Viet Nam). My father never came back. My youngest wishes to join the Marine Corps when he graduates from U of Southern Mississippi next month. He probably will. If he can figure a way out of the closet I plan to lock him in. I will not allow another of my kids to fight in a war that America doesn't wish to win. Whats the purpose. To keep muslims from killing each other?. That's not a good enough reason. If he wants to be a cop in fatigues, he can join the Fish and Wildlife Dept.
