Radical Islamic cleric Abu Hamza al-Masri was part of a global terror network which plotted Jihad against the west, a hearing has been told.On the first day of extradition proceedings against him in London, Abu Hamza, 48, was accused of involvement in the kidnap of westerners in Yemen.
The claims were made on behalf of the US government, which wants to try him.
But Abu Hamza's barrister said some of its evidence was obtained by torture and the application should fail.

Who cares if he got tortured. Maybe if he didn't do suspicious shit he wouldn't have gotten tortured. If you do suspicious shit against your home country, you should get tortured so you can possibly give up more douche bags doing other suspicious shit. When has treason not normally been punishable by death. I say if he's found guilty of treason against his new nation, he should be put to death. Fuck sending these douche bags to jail... just kill them. You can't reform these radical jerk offs you'll just send them back out into the mix with even more hate in their hearts. Better to just kill them and get it over with. Treason=death. Find the man guilty and kill him or let him go.
