Howie, as it turns out, I can actually give a few replies of sorts to Alzawahri in his own ugly repugnant language:
"Al-khenazir ashraf min al-Muslimin"
which means "Pigs are nobler than Muslims".

Or you could say:
"Al-mout lil-Islam wal fat'h lil-Demoqrati'yah"
which means "Death to Islam and Victory for Democracy.

My Arabic is really rusty, but I'll try and think of a few more.
