British Muslim: "How dare (the police) come to a Muslim area"

Abu Izadeen and other minions of Sheikh Omar Bakri Mohammed interrupt a press conference by the Home Secretary about terrorism shouting "how dare you come to a Muslim area".

If that isn't a rejection of British legal sovereignty and an out and out declaration of open rebellion, I don't know what is. The Home Secretary says Izadeen does not believe that "Muslim areas" are part of Britain. He's right, he doesn't.

Sky News--the British Fox--tries to be fair and balanced. So, who do they interview to get a response to Izzadeen's outcries during their prime time news (not shown in video linked above)? Anjem Choudary, the head of the The Society of Muslim Lawyers and the man who was recently seen in front of Westminister Cathederal calling for the death penalty for the Pope. He says Britain is to be blamed for terrorism, not Muslims.

Both Choudary and Abu Izadeen are followers of exiled cleric Sheikh Omar Bakri Mohammed.

Bryan seems the Home Secretary's restraint is admirable. Not me. Where's a taser when you really need one?

Fantastic, though watching the news as I type they never showed the clip of Izadeen laughing it up over 7/7. Jesusland, in response to the other thread, the hooded guys here are just part of the scenery, ALL of the kids here where hooded jackets, its cos we have the most surveillance cameras on the planet, all the kids walk around with their hoods up so they cant be identified, in some shopping malls they are banned from wearing them, though if the malls wanted to stop muslims walking around hiding their identity of course we would have to face the oh so predictable murderous muslim outrage, so obviously this governemt does not have the balls to do what needs to be done. Oh well, I still live in hope and am not in the least terrorised, I have a fridge full of beer and pork products and a computer full of porn, I AM FREE!

16 dave, I ask these questions because we in the US are just a few years behind you with respect to the Muslim problem. So far, there are not the numbers of Muslims in the US to make much of a difference. However, they are coming in ever increasing numbers, and in a very few years the demographics will reflect what you have in the UK. If Europe will take a stand, however, I believe the US would fall in line. In honor of the great relationship between the US and Britain, and all of Western Europe(except france), let the deportations begin!

In fact, no one supported him except for the sidekick that was with him. The Muslims that spoke out told him to "dialogue" and he turned on them.

The vast majority of Muslims respect sovereignty of the nations they live in, including the ones I know right here in the U.S.A. In fact, not only do they respect the sovereignty of this land, but many thousands have and continue to physically defend it through their service in the U.S. Armed forces.

But please take a look and contrast the past videos of muslime leaders speeches like the ones made in tax payers funded muslime communty center in Birmingham England. If your laughable theory is correct, then

1. No One should have attended this meeting from the Muslim community and
2. So many more Muslims should have been heckling/disrupting such a meeting.

They didn't and not because of your backward logic of trying to prove something to fit your thinking, but because those Muslims at least, were interested in dialogue and discussion.

The majority are. Otherwise societies with Muslim minorities such as the UK and USA would come to a damn halt!
