VT Confirmed Deceased

They are talking about some kind of warning system?
A siren or email everyone at once, to do WHAT?
Stay in place?
Don't go outside?
Hide under desk?
A universal warning would have not have prevented this, in fact if there had been a universal warning to stay in place, or even not go to class, this would not have prevented this.
He could have just gone to a dorm and shot everyone, and then everyone would be complaining about the universal warning that kept students in the dorm, for a shooting, its just more band aid, useless action.
they need a system to ID dis-enfranchised students, and bring them into "FRANCHISE".
He some how felt the students he shot were not human, and sought revenge, I think the "AX" thing is of Turkish origin.
