2 I think the Kerry statement would be very helpful to the Republicans with one week left until the congressional elections.
 
I also have another peice of  information that I think will help the Republicans in the congressional elections this year.  In the blog Jihad Watch they have a hyperlink to A New Dark Age Is Dawning.  On Monday 10/30 they reported that the religion of peace is rioting in France again, and that in one incident the rioters dragged from a bus passangers and one of those passangers was a 26 year old woman whose life is now in danger because of burns.  This happened in the French city of Marseilles.  I have not heard this discussed on talk radio in my area, so i called the Republican National Headquarters to make sure they are aware of these events.  I hope others will call the RNC at 202-863-8500 also to voice an opinion over this developing story, becasue i think it would cause the Democrats damage.

3 There's one problem debating with John Kerry -- he is unbound by the truth and he will say anything. It is impossible to win a debate against such a man, when the society (ie the media) will not hold that man accountable for violating the truth.

Kerry torches truth and reality in a way reminiscent of Jenghis Khan.

4 Whether or not Kerry's gaffe was intended, his pompous, indignant non-apology and his long and rich history of demeaning the troops was plenty reason enough for the Democrats in Massachusetts to reject him out of hand.  But they won't.

You know why?  Because the left is trying very hard to claim that this election is not about the war or President Bush, and that feigned sentiment is easily refuted everytime someone like Joe Lieberman, who votes liberal 95% of the time on social issues, goes against their stance on the war and they throw him under the bus.

It's easily refuted every time Kerry opens his pie hole and says something disparaging about the war or the President or the troops in whatever decade regardless of his completely unremarkable Senate career and they circle the wagons.

It's easily refuted by the way they treat each and every individual based not on their stance on domestic policy, but upon their feelings in regard to the war.

5 Kerry's a total waste of DNA and the ONLY good thing about him is that he's biodegradable.

I'm sure that the GOP and Bush want to keep the Iraq policy failures front and center, until next Tuesday.

Maybe Kerry should do a few more bungled jokes to bash Bush on his Iraq policy.

This one sure got more play on TV and on this site, since he fucked it up.

If you do well in school (not Bush) and do your homework (should have been your tipoff on the joke, as Bush didn't do his homework on Iraq), you could get us stuck in Iraq.

Assuming your interpretation is correct, the wording still makes no sense. George Bush "stuck in Iraq"? Bush is in no way stuck. Was Clinton stuck when things went bad in Somalia? At any time Bush wants, he can order the return of the troops. Bush is in Iraq by choice; just like the soldiers are in the military by choice. The statement is a direct insult to anyone who is in Iraq by choice.
