ROP Beheads 7 Hostages in Philipines

It's worse here than you know! At the very moment that those seven men were being decapitated, guess what our Chief Justice of the Supreme Court was doing? Delivering a Commencement Speech that got the following headline the next morning: SC Chief says war on terror mindless!
