Abu Musab al-Zarqawi's al Qaedi in Iraq terrorist organization has released a video of the beheading murders of two Iraqi civilians. The victims identify themselves in the video as Ali Hussein Jassem Mohammad al-Zubaidi and Ahmad Alwan Hussein al-Mahmadawi. Graphic Images from the video are posted below.
The video begins with the taped 'confession' of the two victims who admit to the 'crime' of being truck drivers for a Lebanese firm servicing a US base in Ramadi. After the taped 'confession' the two are taking outside where they are slowly beheaded with a knife. The beheading appears to take place on a sidewalk in broad daylight.

News.com.au puts the story this way:
THE group of al-Qaeda frontman Abu Musab al-Zarqawi posted a video on the Internet today showing the beheading of two Iraqis after they "confessed" to working at a US base in the country.UPDATE: Fellow blogger Interested Participant was already on the case, unknown to me, as well as Hyscience. The men identified themselves as Ali Hussein Jassem Mohammad al-Zubaidi and Ahmad Alwan Hussein al-Mahmadawi, both residents of Sadr City, a teeming Shiite slum in Baghdad...
After making their "confessions" in front of a banner carrying the name of Zarqawi's al-Qaeda Group of Jihad in the Land of Two Rivers, the video showed each man having his head cut off.
The severed heads were held aloft by the men's slaughterers and put on their backs to shouts of Allahu Akbar, or God is greatest.
The grisly footage of the beheading, in which about four men appeared to be involved, was followed by a chilling written warning from the group that "anyone who helps the occupying enemy in any way" would meet the same fate.
UPDATE: This comes on the heels of a slew of murders. Note that the two stories below are DIFFERENT MURDERS.
Army of Ansar al-Sunnah (linked to al Qaeda in Iraq) murders two.

Why do I post these images? Because we ought to know what kind of an enemy we are dealing with. The kind of enemy that cuts off the heads of any person caught working with the US. The kind of enemy that murders truck drivers...Trust me, the video is much more gruesome.

And you libs still think what Abu Ghraib prisoners went through is still wrong?
Fuck them, we should have annihilated these countries a long time ago. They don't deserve to even BE prisoners.

It's not hard seeing you are all typical, narrow-minded, redneck Americans, now is it?
Trying to get a picture of the cruelty, you just put ALL of 'them' into a group, eh?
Well, please tell me who 'them' are. The muslims? The Iraqis? The non-US? The murderers?
You are their likes, in a civilized way. If America had been the type of community that Iraq is, it would have been YOU shouting loudest now, that would have been beheading people their, while shouting 'God Bless America'
Wake up, and try to see yourself in the mirror. Yikes.
And no, I haven't, nor will I, see the movie. Last one (bigley, whoever) was more than enough for me, ty.

As much as I hate savages like the ones seen on the video, it's important to keep perspective, and not let your emotions take control over what is rational.
You know how many millions of people are living in the middel east?
Having a family, children, jobs, supporting their dearest. Having a life just like you all have at your home town?
It's not like all arabic people is going around burning american flags, and wants to kill americans.
I'm also suprised with how some of you guys are willing to sacrifice the thing that makes your contry so great. Liberty, justice and freedom.
It's like you think: "Judge them all for what they are, not what some of them may have actually have done".
I'll end this post with a quote:
- "The stupid ones are always so sure, while the smart ones always have doubts"

Unfortunately, with every angry "wipe them all out" rant that gets posted here, the monsters who are responsible smile with satisfaction. They spread fear there while spreading anger here.
For those of you who think Muslims throughout the middle east and other parts of the world (including the US) watch these videos and cheer along and then show them to their kids to give them pointers, you are more stupid than the people who distribute the terrorist propoganda.
You honestly think that the local mosque down the street is "spreading this kind of belief"??? Can you just take a second and think about how paranoid you are being? The people who do this are not Muslim, they are not even PEOPLE. The second they took the life of another human being they became murderers...monsters...it doesn't matter what religion they claim. Perhaps the fact that they are and have been murdering other MUSLIMS doesn't seem odd? Or do you people actually take joy in that? The only reason they yell "god is great" is so they can convince people there and here that they are fighting in a holy war, which they are not. This is a political act and always has been.
Try this for a change: don't watch the video...it is your choice...acknowledge that the murder took place but don't allow yourself to be consumed by anger and stoop to the level as the assholes who did those terrible things and cry out for entire countires to be "annihilated" as Laura so gracefully put.

Terrorism has been so effectively denied in past 100 years its not funny. No one in this country even batted an eyelash when it was found that:
1. CIA was giving "flying lessons" to the leftist college students in South America ("THEM").
2. CIA was looking the other way when the Mujahidin were cutting the throats of Soviet troops and selling them in Brooklyn ("THEM").
3. When the KKK was burning crosses, lynching, raping, fire bombing, and murdering African American's within the borders of this country ("THEM").
4. When white racist terrorist cells are broken up with enough weapons and explosives to take on a medium size South American army, all hiding under the banner of slaughtering Doctor's and Homosexuals ("THEM").
The only reason this administration decided to pay attention to Islamic terrorism and has caused such a stir is simple: WHITE PEOPLE DIED! Hell blacks have a name for terrorism: a group of angry unshaved and smelling men in combat fatigues talking to God over a two-way radio and mumbling incoherent rantings about peace and freedom.
Religious terrorism all has its context: it just matters which invisible man you believe in and which end of the rope you are on!

The problems between America and Islamic fundamentalism stretch far before 9/11 or the 1993 bombing. You're again showing a pretty lame appreciation of history.
Posted by: Venom at January 24, 2005 12:56 PM (dbxVM)
Besides, most of the "innocents" fled the countries I wish to annihilate. What's wrong with snuffing out the enemy in their rat holes?
So what if I'm not up on my history? So, if it goes back further than '93, even more confirmation that we need to get these bastards before they take us over...for good.
Posted by: Laura at January 24, 2005 01:44 PM (ptOpl)
"Besides, most of the "innocents" fled the countries I wish to annihilate."
Honestly, the fact you treat global affairs like a game of Risk is enough to dismiss you as a total moonbat. And, frankly, your disregard for life (because, no, many "innocents" are actually still in these countries) shows us all that you're really no better than the terrorist fucks who are stealing the headlines over there.
"So what if I'm not up on my history?"
Let's see, you try to prove your point initially by bringing up a starting point regarding Islamic fundamentalist attacks against America, then you decide that knowledge of history isn't important. Not that it matters much with you anymore, but it just lowers your credibility even more.
"So, if it goes back further than '93, even more confirmation that we need to get these bastards before they take us over...for good."
Take you over for good? Laura, are you in Iraq?
Posted by: Venom at January 24, 2005 02:02 PM (dbxVM)
At least I admit when I'm not up to par about history, but you don't have to be a history whiz to realize what kind of sick fucks we're dealing with. And to put me in the same category as the terrorists lessens YOUR credibility, if you think I condone those acts.
I'm only looking out for our soldiers, who are dying over there, protecting YOUR freedom, as well as mine.
We didn't start the fire. But we may as well finish it. At least I give my solution to the problem. How would YOU end it?
Posted by: Laura at January 24, 2005 02:58 PM (ptOpl)
Posted by: Booz at January 24, 2005 03:42 PM (uQyP0)
And what would MY solution be? As if it matters. Knowing that a solution is STUPID and doesn't work is a good start, though. You want to put out a fire? Well, putting gasoline on a fire never made it go out - so why should we do the equivalent?
Regarding this mess in Iraq:
1) More up-front with the public as to the real nature of invading the country. Obviously it was known that there were no WMDs. If the Bush administration had simply gone to the public and said: "Ladies and gentlemen, the reality of 9/11 has shown us that we can't trust Saudi Arabia anymore. Given that, we must look for a more stable supply of oil from the region, or our economy is in perilous danger. We are planning on going to Iraq to depose a former ally who gave us the finger a scant 13 years ago. Iraq has the world's second-largest oil supply and we think that once we've secured it, your daily lives will no longer be in any danger." Or something like that. Maybe more countries would have been on-board, too, and the war would be much more winnable. But, they didn't, and it's now America's Chechnya.
2. More troops. Clearly the enemy was underestimated, or more of the country would be under control by now. And it doesn't really show signs of getting any better. Had more troops been sent from the beginning, trouble could have been quashed early on. Instead, things fester. Add to that the rushing of a pretty sad Iraqi army, and of course things are a shitmire now. At the very least, send more troops now to specifically engage the enemy, rather than only engage them on (what appears to be) a reactionary basis.
3. Get the Sunnis involved in the election. While I'm completely skeptical that this election will somehow, magically, make the violence disappear, the inclusion of the Sunnis in the election process would probably make some of the bloodshed go away. If you're going to have "democracy," you need to have a government that's accepted by the people. The Sunnis, for whatever reason, walked away from this election. Sometimes you have to give a little to get a lot. I'm not saying that the Iraqi government should have excused those who have committed crimes or anything stupid like that, but all parties need to be a part of this. I realize that this is easier said than done, but they're going to have to be a part of it at some point or it's not really "democracy." And a population segment that doesn't feel included will always harbor resentment, which can lead to many bad things.
Anyhow, as you can see, there are other solutions than "nuke 'em all."

"...even more confirmation that we need to get these bastards before they take us over...for good."
They are taking over ... Islam and Buddhisim are fastest growing religions in the world and in the US and will continue to grow. See there is a simple thing many people in this country dont understand, that the youth are sick and tired of living in small farming comunitties and back woods where the local entertainment is cattle humping and meth production ... so they come to large cities. As you might have figured cities are melting pots (for the dim whitted its called social integration), and they see other better ways of life and are leaving the old ways in droves.
Cheers ... that should make you sleep comfortably ....

Surrounded by people that know more than I do? Maybe some. But surely not you. All you have ever done is talk nonsense. You take up a lot of space and say nothing of substance. You are totally lacking in common sense. You have never experienced anything. On and on about nothing. Admit it, I have you pegged right. A little mousey, shut-in nerd. A social outcast who can't go out and play with the big boys. You hide behind your keyboard and pretend you know something. Weird way to get your jollies, but whatever turns you on. Just please quit claiming yourself to be more intelligent than others. You ain't and you know it. Now go back to your boy friend who probably has a rag on his head.

Get it straight - The Swedish Chef and his kitchen staff didn't crash planes into the WTC, Muslims did, and it doesn't matter what country they were from. It is radical Islam that we're fighting.
Here's the bottom line. Every time someone whines about the fate of the Guantanamo detainees, enemy resolve is boosted. Every time a liberal politician slams Bush, the enemy loves it.
They are irrational and deluded. They continue to fight because they erroneously believe that the majority of Americans understand and support their cause.
The Guantanamo detainees would just as soon tie YOUR hands behind your back and cut your head off with a dull knife. Believe it.
These animals don't want to convert you to Islam. They want to kill you because you are an infidel. Sleep on it.

I don't post anything of substance? Hmm, well, that's your perspective, but I've decent debates with a number of people here where vantages and interpretations are explored. Maybe Rusty, Demosophist, and Mr. K (just to name a few) and I don't see eye to eye on a lot of things, but at least we have the faculties to discuss. You have the ability to be a dimwitted racist who, despite all of his "experiences" is pretty clueless about the world out there. You're the stereotypical redneck who gives us conservatives a bad name. Frankly, you don't belong in the conservatives' camp. People like you don't help at all.
And I don't recall ever saying I know more than everyone. I claimed (and still do) to know more than you. Because it's true. Sorry, pops, I only call 'em like I see 'em. You're a backwards, redneck, clueless idiot who's last resort is to call me a fag. It's like in junior high school when some kid's been totally ruined in a debate and his parting shot is "Uh, um...you're ugly!" Give me a break. Me not being a fag is probably completely irrelevant to you being an idiot (something demonstrable in many of your posts), but I guess it's another victory (albeit minor) I have over you.
Shut-in nerd? Hardly. I guess you're calling Rusty a shut-in nerd? I mean, he writes more than I do. And he loves to blog. Not to mention you're here probably more often than I am. C'mon, people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
Also, it's interesting to know that Freud would have some choice words about you always feeling the need to use homosexuality as a means of hostility. He might argue there's something repressed or latent going on. But I'll leave the psychoanalysis to those who can perform it better.
Incidentally, if I was going to name-call on your level, I could point out the fact that you living in San Francisco probably identifies you as being the more probable person to have had a gay experience or two. I mean, a strict conservative as you wouldn't stay in such a liberal city if you weren't receiving some kind of "perks" as a result, right? But hey, I won't stoop to your level.
Posted by: Venom at January 27, 2005 08:53 AM (dbxVM)
Now you claim to have intelligent conversations with your betters such as Mr. K, Rusty and Demophist. I seriously doubt they agree with you on anything. You're to easy to read. But the first sign of a coward is calling on others for agreement. Same as refering to others as racist when they tell the truth. Small pathetic jestures reaching out for help from others. What a little shit you are.
Getting under my skin? You dumbass. My job is to get under your skin. To expose you for what you are. I attack anyone who attacks America, our leaders, our military, our policies and me. Get it. The rule, never hit first but always hit back twice as hard. Attack my country. I attack you. Go back and see you narrowminded prick. Everyone I've attacked on this blog has attacked my country, my president, my race or myself 1st. Go back and read some of your bullshit some months ago. You've been exposed. Small minded little prick. Now put your makeup on and return to kissing your hero Kerry's ass. You're as much a loser as he is. As I said months ago. You are as much an enemy as any Islamofacist.
Anyone with any memory at all knows I was raised in San Francisco area but haven't lived there in years. Of course, your mind is probably consumed with thoughts of little boys. Leaving little room for memory.
Pops, yep. Just turned 63. At 265 lbs with a 34" waist you had better bring lots of help. Who you trying to kid. You're not a man. I've read your attacks on ladies. Tell the truth, you're jealous of the fact they get to wear dresses and you don't.

Let's re-direct our anger JUST for a bit!
When the HELL did Sen. Kennedy become an expert in military affairs--or any affairs, for that matter? The gall of this bufoon and his staff to proudly declare that he is "the first" to come of with a plan for military withdrawal! How dare he? Does he think that he's the President? Why isn't this labeled for what it is--treason? I'm certain that the two unfortunate victims murdered on the street in the video wished that U.S. forces had killed their slayers FIRST with the kind of aggressive warfare we NEED to be fighting--no doubt frowned upon by liberals like Kennedy and his ilk.
May God bless Pres. George Bush for enduring the lack of support he has suffered these past years. I hope and pray he know that millions of Americans (and others in this crazy world) support him and are appreciative of his efforts to promote the things that make this country great.

And, please spare me your pathetic "patriotic" bullshit, you senile old fuck. You act as much of a fucking fascist as anyone out there cutting heads, so please tell me how you're in the right on anything said in these threads. Anyone who has a different opinion than you, you immediately trash and call them unpatriotic. You've got this misguided logic that being critical is somehow unpatriotic, whereas in fact it can actually help matters. Being critical exposes flaws and allows for improvement. If anything, it allows others to voice their opinions and maybe there's further clarification. If no one was critical and questioning about anything, we'd all be like you, still swinging on branches and throwing our shit around.
And for whatever fucking reason, I still don't fucking understand how you equate me as being a Kerry lover. I stated well before the election that I didn't think he would make a good leader. I also stated I didn't think Bush had been a good leader. What, I absolutely HAVE to pick one? Fuck you. Why be like you and settle for mediocrity? I'm going to support a president who's administration willingly lied to the public as to the reasoning to invade Iraq? I'm going to support an administration that had the tools to prevent 9/11, but didn't? I'm going to support an administration who initially resisted setting up a Department of Homeland Security? I'm going to support an administration that is running record deficits and is completely oblivious to it? How the fuck do you not feel totally fucking insulted by all of this? Patriotic means loving your country, not blindly supporting those who have fucked it over. You seem to get the two confused, but then again, I'm not surprised.
You don't like what I have to say? Who the fuck cares? I don't come here to please you, you dumbass. Your intention might be to expose "social outcasts;" I guess mine is to expose clueless fucks like yourself. And I'm going to keep doing it, so fucking sorry to burst your bubble. You spout bullshit after bullshit and have never backed up a thing. At least I can back up what I say. Of course, you have this "experience" which hasn't helped you at all, apparently. I know it must be incredibly frustrating for you to have intelligent people discussing issues that don't involve the use of words like "raghead" and such. But hey, maybe we could all collaborate and create a pop-up book version that you can figure out.
Oh, and I don't ever really recall badmouthing the military. I think through my posts I've always supported the military - just not those who break its rules. As for badmouthing you, well, you reap what you sow. As well as anyone here who is as completely moronic as yourself. If they're a woman, so be it. I didn't realize I had to use kid gloves on them to satisfy you. I don't play favourites - if I see someone spouting pure bullshit (like you, for example), I'm going to ask for something to back it up. Of course, that never happens. Some name-calling occurs instead, and their idiocy is exposed even more. Sorry to always have to be the one to fucking burn you, old man, but maybe if you learned a few things, it wouldn't happen so often. Oh, but I almost forgot, only "nerds" are actually interested in learning. You'd much prefer to wallow in your own creations of reality.
Please, go fuck yourself you dumb shit. I need to bring lots of help? What the fuck are you talking about? You know, I'm still completely amazed that at 63 you're as utterly stupid as you are. Of course, at that age, maybe you're the one who doesn't feel like a man anymore - I hear erectile difficulty can make older people confused and bitter at the world. Maybe this is where all the hostility comes from? I'll let you sort your own issues out, though. Far be it from me to want to try to figure you out.
By the way, I repeat what I said: you're an embarassment to the rest of us conservatives anywhere. We don't need a KKK-loving person such as yourself to help us. I'd much prefer to have the strengths of all races in the country to build a stronger union. You'd prefer to have everyone divided. I'd say that makes you the unpatriotic one, old timer. Of course, the only saving grace in all this is that unpatriotic people like yourself are becoming fewer and fewer.

It's too bad you can't actually debate any political issue. If all that "experience" you have (and, with your time in San Francisco, I guess we don't have to be rocket scientists to figure what that means) is worth anything, you'd probably be able to support your arguments. But, you can't.
Anyway, thanks for proving me right about you. Your constant fantasizing about me being gay is probably the root of your problems. I ventured onto this blog to find other conservatives. It seems what I've found instead is a secret admirer in yourself. Pretty sad, man.

I am a nice guy, I dont approve of killing nor the acts that they did so far, I hope they get put to justice but not killed like what they are doing. Because if you were to behead a terrorist you would be no different from they are.

Remember who started the war and it did not start in 2001. This war between the US and the Middle East has been going on for at least 50 years. The US inherited the European interests in the region after the fall of most European empires after WWII.
Much as US took over the French empire in Viet Nam and contiued the fight against Viet Nam independence, so to did the US take over the British and French interests in the Middle East.
Read some history. It helps.

Stop using the term 'Redneck' in a deragatory manner. It seems that the liberals north of the Mason-Dixon line boast to be so tolerant, yet they still seem to use the term 'redneck' as an insult. I've got someting for you: F.U. damn yankee!

first off, i want to look at the iraqi people as a whole. The people that performed these monstrous acts should not be called human, thats correct. however, not all the iraqi people are expressing their hatred for americans in that way. i would bet my toes on the fact that there are probably groups of iraqi men and women who get together and talk about how much they hate the americans and how much they wish they would all just die. Yes, some of them sprout the balls to pick up a gun, go out, and try to assist in the resistance, but not all of them. In the sense of mindsets, they are just like us. Some dont care, some piss and moan, others go out and shoot somebody. Americans do the same exact thing. Some dont care, some piss and moan, and others JOINED THE MILITARY. True, as soldiers, americans dont CHOOSE to go to Iraq, but they knew the responsibilities that would come with the job.
Secondly, i would like to address some of the view points mentioned on this board and add my own. A couple of you want to annihilate a few countries, some of you want to "kill the ones that count", and i'm sure that there has been the occasional viewer who ended up here completely on accident and didn't give a damn. I agree with most, if not all of these view points, to an extent. I have had the feeling of wanted to "kill all the muslims" after 9/11 happened and immediately after the war on Iraq began mostly out of a fit of rage. One the flip side, i've felt like we shouldn't just go in and carpet bomb entire cities because there are, in fact, innocent men, women, and children still living in these locations. Just because they hate us and support the resistance does NOT mean we should just blow them all away, as long as they go about their ways in a non violent manner.
Being unattached to any religion, an extreme nationalist, and having a suprisingly small concern for the sanctity of life, i believe that yes, those who did this should die in horrible, twisted ways, and put through extreme pain and agony for what they did, but we SHOULD NOT kill the innocent. I myself would be personally willing to not saw off their head, but saw straight down the middle of it, starting at their face, but for every innocent that is killed their by our troops is a stain on the American flag, and will only cause more hatred in other nations against us. Yes, i admit, i am a bit sadistic and yes, i could live with myself everyday for the rest of my life if i killed those monstrosities by slowly lowering them face first into a meat grinder while I twist the handle. That is just how I am. Some of you might be thinking "that is one sick mother fucker", but i could sleep at night because i would know that those fuckers are no longer roaming the streets trying to kill OUR boys while they protect the freedom of America and the innocent Iraqi people. Kill the REAL infidels, not those branded by stereotypes, cut off their eyelids and grind their face in the sand, but NEVER in my existance would i condone the killing of an innocent creature, human or otherwise.

i could see your point on the situation, but lets remember this: most of the white people that went and did all the lynching, bombing, and dick fighting are either dead or too old to continue their ways. Racism isn't gone, and i'm sure that the most basic reason behind most of these things is to test our new toys or prove that their dicks aren't bigger than ours, but not all white people think that way. I don't know what race you are, hell you could be white, it doesn't fuckin matter. Not all whites are cock fencers, and not all of them are pissed because they have small dicks. Each individual has their own view point. Even when the lynching and fire bombing was going on, dont you think that there were at least a few white people who were appauled at those actions? I know that the previous infractions of whites on Native- Americans, Blacks, Asians, and Hispanics were wrong and still stain my white heritage today, but i don't condone what they did just because they are my ancestors. I'm white, I'm American, and I'm an individual human being with my own ideas. And for that, i will always be phased out from hatred and compassion because i don't fit into any stereotype. Love me, hate me, i don't care, you don't know me. But don't go rubbing me into whatever it is you call white supremists. I'm far from it. I'd just as happily watch a white man die as i would any other man if he commited a crime against humanity.

Can someone, unbiased or at least clear headed please tell me why Americas mass hysteria came about from just three small civilian planes striking their country, which lead to their third 'Vietnam' of literally pouring son after son into a bottomless pit of self created conflict? The West had the option years ago to put an end to future Iraqi threats with an easily performed assassination of Saddam but the then Bush administration wanted to guarantee their voting public continual cheap oil and gasoline (from Iraq of course) - beating back Saddam into his back yard was a good show of force but why did Bush stop? I'd would be glad for some constructive reasoning?
Yes, I know some will be insensed now and I await your repeticious comments with anticipation!
After all, the mixing bowl that calls itself 'patriot American' should remember just which patriots they all but destroyed to reach the top of the pile? And WHY do many of you speak Spanish now??? I even see TV and roads signs in two languages there!
Food for thought?
But who am I to bang on about terrorism when the flea bite on the elephant in the USA was so shocking?
I have lived in Londondery, Northern Ireland all my life...we have only been bombed, shoot, maimed and tortured in the THOUSANDS by our OWN people, my family included, children included, for about 70 years so what do I know?

The rhetoric on this board about liberals is misguided. What exactly is a liberal? I'm a card-carrying ACLU member that fully supported (and continues to support) invading Iraq. Let's not apply feelings provoked by these crazy murderers to our own countrymen. I expect that most "liberals" know how bad the bad guys are. The open question is how to most effectively eliminate these degenerates.
