Spiritually - no. Because when we declare "one nation under God," the Christian's God is loving and kind, while Allah is NEVER referred to as heavenly father, nor is he ever called love in The Quran's 99 excellent names.

Therefore after much study and deliberation.... perhaps we should be very suspicious of ALL MUSLIMS in this country. They obviously cannot be both "good" Muslims and good Americans.

7 Ya know, when a movie like Beerfest comes to represent Western civilization, then maybe it's time to question whether it's worth fighting to save. Our culture, once the greatest in the world has become fat, lazy, stupid, decadent, degenrate, immoral, and cowardly. The few of us who appreciate the great accomplishments of the West are a tiny minority, and we cannot even save the West from itself, much less from islam, considering that the vast majority of Americans and Europeans can't be bothered to get upset about our internal decline, much less worry about an external threat; after all, we're about to start a new season of American Idol! Besides, everyone knows that Jack Bauer will save us. Western civilization is already dead; what exists in its place is just an obscene parody.
Our governments are paralyzed by fear of offending our enemies, and their own corruption and ineptitude. Our populace is neutered by liberal policies and made apathetic by luxury to the point that we've had to import another nation's populace just to do our work for us. Our culture, in the space of only a couple of generations, has degraded to the point that fart jokes are considered high art. Islam is an irresistable force, because its followers believe in it, and our halfhearted efforts to save ourselves won't make one damn bit of difference, because very few people believe in the West anymore. So go ahead, take a muslim to see Beerfest, and note whether he looks amused or repulsed by what he sees; if he's amused, it's because of our idiotic self-destruction. If he's repulsed, you probably won't understand why anyway. Muslims may be backward savages, but at least they understand that fart jokes are just stupid.

9 You're right hondo; I shouldn't give a damn if nobody else is going to. No point in banging my head against the wall is there? For a while, I believed that the West could be saved from islam, but I realize now that it can't even be saved from itself. The muslims aren't doing anything but taking advantage of the weakness, cowardice, stupidity, and apathy that have become the hallmarks of our society, so I really shouldn't blame them, because they're only doing what is biologically natural, and we're not even willing to fight back in any real, meaningful way.
