1 In the Pakistan/Afghanistan border when our "allies" can't touch him, you know because they're not in control of that part of the country, but can put thousands of troops into Kashmir at a drop of the hat.

3 No, this is an educated guess. But if I had to be pinned down as to where in Africa I'd start in Somalia and then in the hinterlands of Algeria.

10 I don't think he's in Africa. If he's not dead, I think that he's probably in pakistan. Possibly in a large city in the south like Karachi or Hyderabad. Large enough for him to hide in, easy to stay in touch with his lieutenants, easy to get his propaganda out to the world.
