Advanced al Qaeda Rocket Guidance System Revealed

A video from al Qaeda in Afghanistan's as Sahab media foundation shows a new al Qaeda advanced rocket guidance system. The short propaganda video claims to show Taliban fighters firing rockets against an American base in Afghanistan on April 8, 2007. The video, part of the "Holocaust of the Americans in the land of Khorasan", series shows several men preparing the "BM" rockets and then firing them, although it is unclear whether or not the rockets do anything but explode since the video suddenly ends with a loud explosion, the camera seems to fall, and a lot of dust is in the air.

Scroll down to see an image of this new advanced rocket guidance system. The intro......

1 I haven't been over here in ages, but came over today looking for some serious commentary about how Bob Loblob porked Liza Minnelli only to find rocks & pipes?

For shame.  Whatever did Scott Baio do to the Jawa Report to get ignored like this?

2 How fitting that they're named "BM."

3 These idiots are getting their arses handed to them on a platter -- just today, Canadian troops killed 15 of them.

Allah is not on your side, you stinking rotten terrorists -- you are getting killed by the dozens, and our boys won't stop until every single one of you is gone.

4 My kid says that this is pathetic.  He says that we need to redo the classic (insert your favorite ethnic slur here) rig to "queda" rig.  I am thinking he may be on to something.

5 I think if he runs those rocks through his rock polisher it will reduce the drag somewhat and you could sqeeze just a hair more range out of it.

7 Didn't know they were that far advanced.

8 With my vast experience with rockets here at the trailer park, I think you scoff too quickly at the "rocks and pipes" method of target acquisition and firing solutions.  Many a Chevy has fallen to this method.  Many a Chevy......

9 rocks and pipes YES.

But they're "high precision" rocks and pipes...

I'd normally put something very sarcastic here but I'll make this a serious comment. We gave these back asswards nitwits Stinger missles and semmingly, those alone really did the Soviets in. Now, I think we can all be 100% sure that Iran and China are arming these same goat humping losers. And look what they are reduced to using. Freaking rocks. Give it a few more years and the NY Times will have to report about one of our troops being injured in a drive by sling-shotting. Lady Liberty's Killing Machine and her partners are really working these chumps over.

11 China makes too much money off of us to risk arming these idiots. Iran: oh yeah. I think this video in and of itself that they aren't TOO well-armed by whoever is armign them...Do those look like bombs or artillery rounds to anyone else, not missiles?

12 Ironically this really is an improvement.  When I was in Iraq they were using mounds of dirt and simply eyeballing their azimuth and elevation.  When I was in Afghanistan it was much the same.  Thankfully these morons are stuck in the 7th century technologically as well as ideologically.

13 Damn that hurt. 40 yrs ago that how I used rifle grenades. Worked to. Sometimes.

14 Wait, is that super glue holding those rocks and pipes together? If it is we are really f@#$'d.

Better still, the "rockets" are artillery shells, from what I can tell.  The whole setup is a cheesy propaganda stunt.  Now, if we could just get them to “launch” the “rockets” by hitting them really hard on the bottom….

17 Well, if pointing, praying, and lighting a fuse are advanced, then it's advanced.
