Just days before Rush Limbaugh was attacked by a number of press outlets for discussing "phony soldiers" on the air, ABC's Brian Ross did a segment on "World News with Charles Gibson" dealing with "phony heroes...scam artists...posing as the war heroes they never were, claiming credit for acts of courage in Iraq and Afghanistan."SO WHERE WAS MEDIA SPLATTERS? Do the have a "full transcript" of the ABC report that they could snip-snip for maximum smear potential? Why didn't they take on Brian Ross with their trademark brand of "snip-snip-then-put-into-Keith-Olbermann's-teleprompter?"Marvelously, this story was aired on Monday, September 24, just three days before Limbaugh made his comments. And, as noted in a NewsBusters posting by the MRC's Brent Baker, the report even mentioned the same "phony soldier," Jesse Macbeth (pictured to the right), that Limbaugh did on his program Thursday.

HRINFO expressed today its deep worries regarding the new sentence issued by Ras Kheima court against Majan.net writer Khalid El-Asly and Majan.net boss Muhammed Shouhi who received 5 months in prison. This is the second case against Majan.net; another two cases are expected to make it to court.The second case against Majan.net saw a new development as the verdict against El-Asly and Shouhi was based on the criminal law on grounds of defamation in addition to the testimony of Ras Kheima electronic government's head who alleged that El-Asly is the same writer who calls himself" Hair" . The testimony wasn't based on substantiated grounds. The court didn't take into account the claims made by Asly and Shouhi's defense who said that the testimony is not impartial as the head of Ras Kheima electronic government kept on attacking Majan.net staff on newspapers before giving his testimony which is lacking technical evidence.

KABUL: Four employees with the International Committee of the Red Cross, kidnapped earlier this week in Afghanistan, were freed in good health on Saturday, officials said.The four men - one from Myanmar, one from Macedonia and two from Afghanistan - were taken captive on Wednesday in central Wardak province while working to secure the release of a German hostage.
Mohabullah, the police director of criminal investigations of the Sayad Abad district where the four were taken, said the men had been released and were in good health. Mohabullah, who goes by one name, said he had no news about the German.
Continued prayers for the German hostage, Rudolf Blechschmidt, who was kidnapped in July along with his fellow engineer Ruediger Diedrich, who was murdered by their Taliban captors when he collapsed on a forced march through the mountainous region. Several Afghan co-workers were also abducted, and their fate remains unclear.

The photos here are of a small girl named Madison who investigators described as horribly sexually assaulted . All they have to track her down is a video of the rape.
So they released the photos of her (deleted) and the scumbag who raped her(above right). They have a guy who turned in the tape but not the guy on the tape or most importantly, the little girl. Contact The Nye County Sheriff if you know the girl or the slimebucket in the photos.
LAS VEGAS - Nevada authorities on Friday identified a man they want to question as they search for a young girl shown being sexually assaulted in a homemade videotape.
Chester Arthur Stiles, 34, was being called a "person of interest" in the search for a girl with haunting eyes who authorities believe was 4 or 5 years old when she was raped and sexually assaulted in the video, Nye County Sheriff Tony DeMeo said.The girl is called "Madison" on the tape, and it is "possible" that the man shown in it is Stiles, DeMeo said.
Stiles, whose last known address was Las Vegas, also was wanted on unrelated state and federal warrants on charges of sexual assault and lewdness with a minor under 14 years of age, the sheriff said.
The police say the only way they will be able to rescue the girl is with the help of the media.

LAS VEGAS — A young girl who was seen being sexually assaulted in a homemade videotape has been found and is safe with family members and sheriff's officials, an investigator said Friday."We found the victim. She's safe," Nye County sheriff's Detective David Boruchowitz told The Associated Press.
Now, let's hope Chester Arthur Stiles is found. Hopefully, whoever ID's him will have the fortitude to pound the snot out of him before calling the cops.

The man who lead the al Qaeda cell responsible for the brutal murders of Thomas Tucker and Kristian Menchaca has been killed. The group later released two videos showing the bodies of the two soldiers being desecrated.
The cell also killed Spc. David J. Babineau before they took Tucker and Menchaca hostage. Others in the cell had been previously killed or captured.
In fact, some time ago I was asked by the US military to send them a copy of the video to be turned over to Iraqi prosecutors in the case. I don't know what happened, but I pray they got the death sentence.
Literally hundreds of others in the military have asked for the video. Some of them knew the victims and felt they needed to see it for some sense of closure. Some of them were very close to the family. Some in the family.
Others wanted it so they could use it in training to show what our enemies are really like, as they portray themselves in their own propaganda videos.
The first of the two Tucker-Menchaca videos is so sickening, that it's hard to describe. But it includes a decapitated head. The second Tucker-Menchaca video shows the victims' bodies being dragged behind a truck and later lit on fire.
Death is too good for Abu Usama al-Tunisi and all those involved in the murders of Thomas Tucker and Kristian Menchaca. His death will not bring them back, but I will sleep with a smile on my face knowing this piece of filth has been sent to hell.

Hussien Saber Fadhil was on his way to Damascus, Syria, where he would then meet up with other jihadis who have already been involved in multiple kidnappings and murder in Iraq. The group is said to be "close" to al Qaeda in Iraq, whether it is the Islamic State of Iraq--which would make it more than "close" to al Qaeda, that is al Qaeda--or other Salafist terrorists affiliated with them has not been disclosed.
Reports say that Hussien Saber Fadhil is a former member of the Baath partyand indicate that he felt betrayed by nationalist fighters who have turned on al Qaeda in Diyala and Anbar. He recently learned to fly an airplane. The plot would have packed a small airplane with explosives using it as an suicide bomb.
The 45 year old man is said to have been carrying with him items which he would use in the plot. My best guess would be some kind of GPS equipment.
The police are also searching the homes of other Iraqis in Italy.
UPDATE: This AP story sheds some more light on Fadhil, that he:
had been in touch with aides of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the founder of al-Qaida in Iraq ....Three other homes were searched, but the men were not arrested."It is documented that he was in contact with the al-Qaida in Iraq terrorist group," D'Auria told The Associated Press by telephone. "He was organizing an attack against American bases in Iraq."
The attack would have employed suicide bombers, anti-tank weapons and ultra-light helicopters that the group planned to buy from an Italian company, investigators said.
Hussein has lived in Italy for 25 years selling kebobs at a kiosk. 25 years in Italy, and he still supported al Qaeda? Talk about an integration problem.
He was sending $4,200 a month to Iraq to support the al Qaeda cell. How can a kebob seller afford to send that much money a month to Iraq? I'm guessing he also raised funds from others. Probably start at the mosque he attended and go from there. more...

I'll say this: contractors earn the fair market value for what we all do over there. Soldiers don't because we're govt. employees just like the President. He doesn't earn what Michael Eisner does either. However, soldiers also get paid roughly the same salary whether we're at war or not, so it equals out eventually over a career.Interesting point.

The couple had been abducted several days before by Sunni insurgents, said relatives.
